At Exam Chart, we strive to provide the best experience to our aspirants. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Services

  • No refunds will be issued for digital services (mock tests, materials, subscriptions, etc.) once they are purchased.
  • A refund may only be considered if the payment was deducted but the service was not delivered (for example, if a time-bound digital service was purchased but not provided within the access period).

2. Physical Goods

  • Refunds are available only for defective or damaged items upon delivery.
  • Refunds are not applicable for opened, used, or intentionally damaged items.
  • Customers may be required to return the defective/damaged product for verification before the refund is processed.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds processed directly by Exam Chart will be credited within 5-7 working days.
  • Refunds involving third-party payment gateways may take up to 14 working days, depending on their policies.
  • If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact us with your transaction details.

  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for refund request
