1. Digital Services
- No refunds will be issued for digital services (mock tests, materials, subscriptions, etc.) once they are purchased.
- A refund may only be considered if the payment was deducted but the service was not delivered (for example, if a time-bound digital service was purchased but not provided within the access period).
2. Physical Goods
- Refunds are available only for defective or damaged items upon delivery.
- Refunds are not applicable for opened, used, or intentionally damaged items.
- Customers may be required to return the defective/damaged product for verification before the refund is processed.
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds processed directly by Exam Chart will be credited within 5-7 working days.
- Refunds involving third-party payment gateways may take up to 14 working days, depending on their policies.
- If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact us with your transaction details.

- Order ID or transaction reference
